For the best results, follow the GOLDEN RULES OF TANNING. Remove cap and the clip from the nozzle. Dispose of the first pump into a tissue then pump the lotion onto your finger tips and spread evenly over the areas to be moisturised. After use replace clip to maintain freshness. Use gloves or WASH HANDS immediately after using. Allow the cream to absorb completely before dressing.
